Method

  1. 1

    Start creamy

Spoon the Greek yoghurt into a jar or bowl and stir in the tiny pinch of sea salt. It should disappear into the yoghurt and make the honey and berries pop.

  2. 2

    Layer the berries

Add the mixed berries while still cold. If they are frozen, let them sit for 5 minutes so they bleed a little juice into the yoghurt without turning the whole thing watery.

  3. 3

    Add chia for texture

Scatter the chia seeds evenly rather than dumping them in one clump. Give the pot a quick fold if you want the chia to soften, or leave it layered for more crunch.

  4. 4

    Honey finish

Drizzle the honey over the top at the end so you get little sweet hits instead of one uniformly sweet bowl. Eat cold.
