Method

    Step 1

    In a bowl, mix drained tuna, chickpeas, diced cucumber, diced tomato, a squeeze of lemon and a spoon of yoghurt.

    Lightly mash so it holds together but stays chunky.

    Spoon onto a wholegrain wrap, roll up tightly and slice in half.
